The Goblin King Returns This May
   From NECA: The NECA offices are always buzzing with excitement over our upcoming products, but few have been anticipated as eagerly as the iconic Goblin King of Jim Henson's Labyrinth: Jareth. Portrayed by rock legend and already accomplished actor David Bowie, Jareth has been an icon of cult cinema and fantasy since the debut of the film in 1986. Since then, the film has only become more popular among genre and mainstream fans. While we announced the release of this figure through Cult Classics Presents in December (check out the original article here), packaging has been finalized and the release is so close we can taste it. NFL Collector's Editions Rule This Fall

Hasbro Marvel Legends Variants
    The chase is on as Hasbro reveals some variants for upcoming and current Marvel collectibles. First up in the Icons department, there appears to be a non-flame version of the 12 inch Human Torch. And in the more popular Legends line, we have a Green Quicksilver in series 2! No report on how these figures will be packed out, but expect them to be a bit more difficult to track down than their non-varient counterparts. You know the drill. Star Wars Figures Stand Up!
 Having trouble displaying those Star Wars figures because they just won't stand?? Hasbro's got ya covered starting May 24th at Celebration IV and on HasbroToyShop.com. Now you'll be able to order a pack of 40 figure stands, the same stands that came packed with the 2006 Star Wars Saga collection figures. The stands feature a movie name covering the entire Star Wars saga including the Expanded Universe as well. Each 40 pack also comes with a label sheet with 200 character names which you can apply to the front of the stands. Sideshow Friday: Spider-Mania, T2, Lorne, Luke & More
    
At last we once again arrive at Sideshow Friday! This week Sideshow loads us up with previews to tease! Spider-Man 3 mania is at a fever pitch as we are less than a month out from the premiere. This week we get a preview of the upcoming Spider-Man polystone statues. There will be three polystone offerings in total. 1 red/blue Spidey, 1 Black Spidey and a Spidey vs. Venom vs. Sandman diorama! So far the previews look incredible for these collectibles. Joining Spidey in the preview department are CROWS x WORST 1:6 scale RAH figures and Terminator 2 mini-busts. NECA Resident Evil Anniversary Series 2 Update
 Head over to NECA's blog to check out a great update on their upcoming Resident Evil Annversary Series 2 line. NECA hopes to have series 2 in stores by late August. Bobby Orr Traded Into NHL Legends 5 Lineup
 From Spawn.com: We've got a lineup change to announce for our NHL Legends 5 series. Our Don Cherry sequel figure encountered some delays, and will be pushed back to a later series. The opening in the lineup will be filled by our original Bobby Orr figure, updated to reflect his two seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks. The finalized NHL Legends 5 lineup features three of the NHL's all-time greatest players in uniforms that appeal to diehard hockey fans and Sports Picks collectors. Bobby Orr became a household name through a decade in Boston, but his final games in the NHL were spent with the Chicago Blackhawks. Wayne Gretzky's legend was built in Edmonton, before he revitalized California hockey with the Kings - but he spent 31 games as a Blue in 1996, when St. Louis fell one goal shy of the Western Conference Finals. Bobby Hull will forever be remembered as a Chicago Blackhawk, but he scored 307 goals for the Winnipeg Jets, shepherding them through the WHA and into the NHL. These three players are saluting the teams and cities they spent some time in, while Montreal's Guy LaFleur is showcased in his Canadiens uniform, which he wore for 14 glorious seasons.
